Liam Young has a problem – he’s booked a romantic holiday to Rio de Janeiro months ago, but when he breaks up with his boyfriend, all his plans fall apart. Not only is his dream holiday slipping through his fingers, but Liam is sick and tired of getting his heart broken.
Blaine Reed has a solution that can save Liam’s plans. Recently divorced, Blaine needs a break, and a couple of stress-free weeks in Rio with a sexy guy like Liam sounds like heaven.
Liam and Blaine hit it off right from the start, becoming good friends even before they’ve left London. Despite their efforts to ignore the simmering attraction between them, it boils over when they end up sharing a room in one of the most romantic cities in the world.
Being together in Rio is easy, and it’s exactly what Liam needs – no feelings, no drama, nobody getting hurt.
Until someone does.
When the holiday bubble bursts, it’s up to them to find a way to be together outside of Rio’s seductive magic.
In their room, the door barely clicked closed behind them before Blaine pressed Liam against it, claiming his mouth once again. He was starved for Liam’s taste, even if they’d stopped to kiss every few steps on their short walk to the hotel. The people monitoring the hotel elevator cameras were probably lighting a cigarette right now after the show they’d given them.
But he couldn’t help it. Liam felt so good in his arms, so right, as if it was where he should have been all along. Liam snuck his hands under Blaine’s t-shirt, fingers digging into bare skin, pulling him impossibly closer. His own skin felt damp and soft under Liam’s exploring hands.
Liam bit Blaine’s lower lip, then groaned impatiently. “Bed,” he whispered, then tried to wiggle free of Blaine’s body still pressing him against the door.
Blaine wasn’t done with him yet, not by a long shot. By the time they stumbled into bed Liam would be a quivering mess, unable to remember his own name.
Blaine smirked, pulling slightly away, his palms sliding along Liam’s forearms until they wrapped around his wrists. Liam gasped, wet lips parting, eyes closing as he leaned his head back against the door. Blaine latched on his throat, tasting the sea and the sunrise on his skin. With a desperate moan Liam tried to pry his wrists free of Blaine’s grasp, but he held tight, pulling them off his waist and slamming them against the door. Trapped, Liam was entirely at Blaine’s mercy, and judging by the keen moans and the way his body trembled in anticipation, he didn’t mind one bit.
“Did you fuck someone at the back of the club?” Blaine asked, unable to stop himself. The thought of someone touching Liam the way he was touching him now, kissing him, making him moan and shiver with need, made Blaine’s vision blur with fury.
“No,” Liam panted, arching into Blaine. “Didn’t want anyone but you, even if I didn’t know I could have you.”
Blaine met his eyes, and knew beyond a shadow of a doubt Liam was telling the truth. Smiling wickedly as the burden of his jealousy evaporated, Blaine sucked Liam’s plump lower lip into his mouth.
“Mmmm, delicious,” Blaine murmured as he placed wet kisses along Liam’s jaw, then sucked his earlobe into his mouth.
“Stop torturing me,” Liam said, trying to pull free again.
“I haven’t even started, babe,” Blaine said in a husky whisper.
With a loud groan, Liam turned his head, capturing Blaine’s lips again. He kissed him slower, deeper, sucking on Blaine’s tongue, his hips moving against Blaine’s, his hands trembling in Blaine’s grasp.
“Fuck,” Blaine said, the word coming out of his mouth in a breathless gasp. Liam was too irresistible, too eager, and Blaine found it impossible to keep in control.
Letting go of Liam’s wrists, Blaine fell down to his knees and unzipped Liam’s jeans with unsteadying fingers. He dragged them down to his knees only to discover Liam was wearing a yellow jockstrap that barely contained his hard cock, a wet spot already forming where precome leaked from the head.
“Goddamn,” Blaine said, licking his lips. He raised his eyes to Liam’s who was watching him with hooded gaze, unwavering desire burning into his eyes.
Liam buried a hand in Blaine’s hair, gently urging him forward. “Suck me,” he commanded in a breathless whisper.
Blaine didn’t need to be told twice.
Hi, my name is Teodora and I live in London with my husband and my son. I’ve been writing ever since I can remember, but it became my full time job in 2010 when I decided that everything else I’ve tried bores me to death and I have to do what I’ve always wanted to do, but never had to guts to fully embrace. I’ve been a journalist, an editor, a personal assistant and an interior designer among other things, but as soon as the novelty of the new, exciting job wears off, I always go back to writing. Being twitchy, impatient, loud and hasty are not qualities that help a writer, because I have to sit alone, preferably still, and write for most of the day, but I absolutely love it. It’s the only time that I’m truly at peace and the only thing I can do for more than ten minutes at a time – my son has a bigger attention span than me.
When I’m procrastinating, I like to go to the gym, cook Italian meals (and eat them), read, listen to rock music, watch indie movies and True Blood re-runs. Or, in the worst case scenario, get beaten at every Nintendo Wii game by a very inventive kid.
